- Secondary cook step for all meats occurring
- Hand sinks adequately supplied and staff washing hands when changing gloves
- Reorganization of facility has occurred
- One staff with FOODSAFE Level One upon arrival of EHO

- Continue to clean dishes so they do not pile up
