Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main hand washings station lacked soap at start of inspection. Soap replaced during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure this is stocked at all times to encourage staff to wash their hand as often as needed.

Observation: Old red epoxy based floor has not been redone as required in previous inspection. More concrete is exposed and unsealed compared to previous inspection and will need to be replaced. Operator provided a copy of emails from companies that were brought in to assess floor and give quotes.
Corrective Action(s): Plan and prepare to have flooring redone by end of summer this year (August 31, 2024). Provide update on progress by end of May 2024 to undersigned EHO.

√ Reviewed cleaning/bread down procedures for clean in place equipment and no concerns noted.
√ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C
√ Good food storage practices noted such as ready to eat stored above/separate from raw
√ Food up off floor ≥6”
- One of two hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm at triple sink
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Test strips present for monitoring sanitizer levels
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and is good
