Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CSUT5E:

- Renovation of the dining area and front bar are complete.
- Finished construction is in compliance with the Fraser Health approved floor plan.
- General sanitation is good
- Front two handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap in a dispenser and single-use hand towels. Please install wall mounted soap and paper towel dispensers at the handwashing station near the ice cream freezer.
- Same surface sanitizer as the main kitchen will be used at the front bar area.

Temperature control:
- Undercounter cooler = 4C
- Display beverage cooler = 4C
- Undercounter display cooler = 3C
- Dairy/prep cooler = 4C
- Upright beverage cooler = 3C
- Ice cream chest freezer = -18C
- Working thermometers available in all refrigeration units.
