General Comments :

- Revised floor plan submitted + approved
construction was as per revised plan
except for switching location of freezer + cooler
as indicated on plan -> okay .
- Efi kitchen cooler is 1c
- Efi kitchen freezer is - 18c
Salad cooker is 3c ; "Reliant" freezer is -19c
Single door cooler ( under sushi case ) is 1 c
Two - door cooler (under sushi case ) is 3c
Both upright coolers <4c ( white ) ; freezers < -18c
Beverage cooler in dining area is 4c
- On demand hot water tank installed
- Dishwasher rinse is 75c at plate level.
- 200ppm bleach sanitizer is available .
- Operator Si Joon Kim ( Ian ) has FS level certification ( Expiry Sept. 12/'28 )
- Handsinks + Washroom sinks are fully equipped.
- Cheque received in the amount of $87.50
the permit fee ( Sept. '23 - Mar. '24 )
