Observed kitchen utensils in the food prep sink. Corrective Action(s): 1. Provide a pallet to store any food items off the floor. This is to enhance cleaning. 2. Do not use the food prep sink for dishwashing. Dishwash at 2 compartment dishwashing sink only. Violation Score: 9

Handsinks fully equipped with liquid soap and paper towel. Front prep coolers @ 4 C or below Front hot holding tables @ 60 C or above Undercompartment meat coolers @ 4 C or below Bleach water in a spray bottle was available. Concentration of bleach was too strong. mix 1 tsp of bleach with 1 L water to prepare optimum 100ppm Cl sanitizer. Reach in cooler @ 3 C Reach in coolers in dry storage @ 4 C or below Organize boxes in the dry storage room.
