A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CEAPYZ and the following observations were made
- Hand washing station was observed to be free of obstruction
- Utensils were kept in ice water baths
- Raw proteins and food items were kept covered
- Ice machine and ice scoop observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- General sanitation satisfactory

NOTE: Clean overhead vent hood and ice machine on a regular basis
