- Operator stated a technician came to service the undercounter cooler during the previous week. Ambient temperatures were 12°C at the time of follow-up inspection.
- Operator scheduled another appointment to service this cooler. When repairs have been completed, call the health inspector for a reinspection. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods (yogurt beverage, dairy, meat, chopped fruits/vegetables) in this cooler until written approval has been granted by the health inspector.
