-Back walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Back walk-in cooler was at -30C. -Front customer cooler ranged from 1C to 3C. -Front freezer unit was being serviced at the time of inspection. Frozen foods were relocated to chest freezers ranging from -8C to -15C. -Random selection of baby foods and nutritional supplements were within their expiry dates and were in good condition. -Random selection of foods were found to be within their best before dates. Stock is properly rotated. -Three dented canned items were removed from the shelving area. Ensure cans with severe dents or dents along the seal are removed from the shelving area. -Items stored in the back area were in good condition and within their best before dates. -Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator.
