Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Capuccino machine requires sanitation according to the instruction manual. Operator did not understand what is a food grade sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Educated the operator regarding food-grade sanitizer. Capuccino machine must be taken a part and sanitized with 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer (1 tea spoon with 1 liter of water). Use the 2 compartment sink for manual dishwashing process.
