Observation: Front display cooler registered 7.5 degrees C at the time of inspection. Bottom grab-n-go section at 6.5 degrees C.
Temperature log indicated elevated temperatures (8-10 C) for the last few days, however no corrective action was taken.
Corrective Action(s): Relcoate all products to an alternate cooler operating at 4 C or below. Do not store any food products untill the cooler is adjusted or repaired (Immediately). Must be maintained at 4 C or below at all times.

Quats sanitizer tested 200 ppm at the dispenser.
Temperature logs are up to date.
