Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Walk-in freezer at -20'C
- Stand-up coolers (X3) at or below 4'C
- Hot-holding units measured at or above 60'C
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- All designated hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle (X2) measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strips
- Ventilation canopy observed in sanitary condition
- Ice machine observed in good sanitary condition with scoop placed outside the machine
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Raw meat and eggs stored away from ready-to-eat food
- First-in-first-out method in use for advanced prepared foods
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Professional pest control company contracted
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
