Report of Findings
Community Care Facility Licensing (CCFL) received information that the care being provided at this address may require a Community Care Facility License.

The Licensing Officer met with the operator on May 23, 2023, to obtain information about the care program being provided.

Licensing determined that Infinite Learning Academy with care provided by Ashley Wu was operating an unlicensed facility in contravention of the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA).

The following contravention was cited:
-Community Care and Assisted Living Act section 5(a) Operating or advertising without a license.

The operator closed the program on May 23, 2023 and care is no longer provided at this address. The Licensing Officer will conduct a follow up inspection to confirm ongoing compliance.

Observation: The operator confirmed care is provided to more than two children not related by blood or marriage.
Corrective action: The program will not operate effective May 23, 2023.
