Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Top shelves of the display cooler measured from 6-8C at the time of inspection. Bottom shelf measured 4C or colder.
Corrective Action(s): Move all the perishable foods (ex. sandwiches) to the bottom shelf and the non-perishables (ex. sodas) to the upper shelves. Have the cooler serviced so that it can maintain 4C throughout. Staff moved food items at the time of inspection.
