Comments

- Handsink in the front, back area, dishwashing area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers- walk-in cooler, bubble tea cooler are maintained at less than 4C
- Chest freezers, upright storage freezer and ice cream cooler at front are measured at -18C or below
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at dish surface
- Sanitizer solution in a bucket is available and concentration is measured at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe level 1 is verified
