Kitchen:
Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
Operator has changed the menu to include light snacks and other items such as salads, flatbreads, charcuterie boards, desserts; these require mostly assembly only and no cooking.
There is no grill, ventilation or stove for hot menu items.
Two small toaster ovens for reheating flat breads and potato wedges.
Dishwasher >71C (76.9C).
Line coolers in kitchen <4C.
Coolers in Conservatory <4C.
Freezers in Conservatory <-18C.
Majority of food items are prepared outside of the facility and brought in (e.g. chips, desserts).
Sanitizer 200ppm Quats.
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.

Bar:
Soap and paper towel available at hand sink.
1 hand sink in this area and 2 wine dumping sinks.
Dishwasher at the bar 100ppm Chlorine.
Operator to look into Quat chemical for dishwasher.
More fly control needed in front end and bar area.
