Comments

Follow up inspection:
-Sanitizer dispenser was re-serviced. 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available from the dispenser.
-First prep. cooler across the grill was not in good working order, was completely empty of food, and had a sign stating "do not use".
-Operator stated that they had a technician assess the prep. cooler who stated it would take at least 2 months to order a part to repair it. Operator stated that it is currently a slow time and that the other two prep. coolers near the same area are adequate for their food prep. operation at the time.
-Please immediately contact the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health for a follow up inspection once the prep. cooler is repaired/re-serviced to 4 degrees C or less; Correct within 3 months.
-Continue to not store potentially hazardous food inside the prep. cooler that is unable to maintain refrigeration temperatures at or below 4 degrees C; Effective immediately and going forward.
-Make sure that all cold potentially hazardous food is maintained at or below 4 degrees C.
Please contact the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health if you have any questions.
