Corrective Action(s): Ensure potentially hazardous foods are kept below 4C. Potentially hazardous foods were placed into the cooler earlier this morning, removed from the prep cooler and place into a working cooler at less than 4C. Do not use this cooler until it is maintaining food less than 4C

Use manual dishwashing method until dishwasher is serviced, ensure final sanitze sink is at least 100ppm residual chlorine
