Observation: Rodent droppings found in the following places:
- Floor throughout
- Bottom shelves throughout.

Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas/surfaces contaminated by rodent droppings:
- Wash and sanitize floor
- Wash and sanitize lower shelves
- Pull out rolling racks of plates and sanitize floor
- Clean and sanitize cupboard under coffee station
- Clean and sanitize all floors in storage area
- Clean and sanitize ALL dishes, pans, trays and cutting boards found on bottom shelves as rodent droppings have been found in these locations. Run all items through the dishwasher.

Observation: Handsink appears to be broken.
Lack of paper towels at main handsink.

Corrective Action(s): Repair handsink in kitchen. Staff have access to adjacent two compartment sink for handwashing until repairs can be made (there are a total of 3 other sinks in kitchen area.) Ensure this two compartment sink is used for handwashing and accessible for staff at all times.
Repair this handsink IMMEDIATELY. Locate paper towel dispensing unit.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw eggs found in two coolers stored above ready to eat food items. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - items relocated.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed throughout.

Corrective Action(s): Obtain services of Pest Technician. Have facility serviced. Traps must be placed as currently facility does not have traps in the kitchen.

Observation: All conditions remain from previous inspection report.
1) Hole exists under emergency exit door
2) Gap exists under main 2 kitchen doors into gym
3) Hole exists in wall and cupboard between coffee station and dry storage; the pipes that run between the ice machine into this wall have a large hole. A cavity in the wall is easily accessed by rodents. Rodent feces and urine spotted in cupboard area. Seal this hole.

- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlroine
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- All cupboards used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
