Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Items stored in prep cooler at front storing (milk, fruit toppings, sauces) were measured to be at 11C
Corrective Action(s): Staff had checked temperature of cooler this morning and recorded temperature to be below 4C. Discard any perishable items stored in this cooler for longer than 2 hours if the temperature does not reach 4C within the next 2 hours. Discussed storing milk and other perishable items in another working cooler in the meantime.

Observation: Ice machine condenser panel had build-up of mould/grime.
Corrective Action(s): Discard ice from ice bin and disassemble ice machine to clean and sanitize all parts. Ensure to clean the ice machine more frequently. Staff discarded ice at time of inspection and began cleaning ice machine.

Observation: 1) Hand sink located at cook line had a non-functional soap dispenser.
2) Hand sink located at back of kitchen was not in use because of a leaky pipe/faucet.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Staff supplied hand sink with a temporary soap pump at time of inspection
2) Repair technician scheduled to be on-site today.

Observation: Soap dispenser at one hand sink (located at cook line) is not working. Faucet at another hand sink (located at back of kitchen) is not available for use as there is a leak from the pipe.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the soap dispenser and the leaky faucet/pipe immediately. Staff stated both items are scheduled to be serviced later today.

Note: Monitor prep cooler noted in violation code 205 above and ensure it is capable of maintaining temperatures at 4C or colder. Service if necessary.

- All other hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Dishwasher had greater than 50 ppm chlorine detected at plate surface after final rinse
- Quat sanitizer dispesner available at greater than 200 ppm from main dispenser and in several sanitizer buckets
- Walk-in cooler and all other prep coolers and beverage coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezers were at or below -18C
- Hot held items were above 60C
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Temperature logs well maintained
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
