Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - The sanitizer solution in spray bottle was measured at less than 50ppm quats concentration
- Sanitizer solution has run out at the dispenser unit at two compartment sink
Corrective Action(s): - Fresh prepared solution from kitchen downstairs is measured at 200ppm quats solution
- Restock the sanitizer concentrate in the dispenser unit and ensure that it is available at 200ppm quats concentration

Comments

- All handsinks in the kitchen are stocked with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel.
- All coolers - line cooler, prep cooler and upright storage coolers - are less than 4C
- Upright storage freezers are functional and measured at less than -18C
- Food storage is satisfactory
- Dishwasher is measured at 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse at the dishsurface
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: The electric smoker unit that is installed is not approved yet and is awaiting fire approval yet. Please contact area EHO once it is approved by Fire Department for health approval
