All temperatures satisfactory:
-Large display cooler at front area at 2.8 deg C
-Open display cooler in front area at 3 deg C
-Meat display counter coolers both at 3.5-3.8 deg C
-Walk in coolers in back area at <4 deg C
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-At time of inspection, no raw meats were being kept on site. Operator indicated that raw meats are only ordered when requested by customers. The raw meats are kept separate from all deli/cooked meats.
-Stove in back area has been previously approved for frozen soups only. No cooking of any meat items are allowed as you do not have any ventilation system.
-Back door was closed with screen in place
-3 compartment sink in back area with bleach available to sanitize
-Quat sanitizer spray at 200 ppm Quats
-No signs of pests at time of inspection
