bleach sanitizer solution measured 100 ppm chlorine in buckets - good foods stored off of the ground in the walk-in cooler - good rodent droppings cleaned near the rear door and storage shelves, some more noted around the dry storage near the walk-in freezer knife block and knife holder has been cleaned and painted - good staff no longer using black garbage bags for food storage
