Routine inspection. Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers are 4c or below. All coolers are equipped with thermometers. Hot holding >60c. Freezer at -22c. Dry storage area is organized. All foods are being stored off the floor and on shelves. Note: Shelves in dry storage area need to be replaced. Operator informed that new shelves are on order and will be replaced when arrive. Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration in third compartment sink and sanitizer buckets. Rags are being stored in sanitizer buckets and sanitizers are labelled appropriately. Overall sanitation is adequate. Washroom facilities are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All chemicals are being stored separately. Grease trap is cleaned on monthly routine basis. No pest activity noted during time of inspection. Pest control is contracted by professional company and completed on monthly basis. Employee onsite has valid foodsafe certification. Employees onsite have adequate personal protective wear (ie. uniforms and hair constraints etc.) The following requires operators attention: Reminder: Ensure to clean and sanitize dining area on frequent basis.
