302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff washing blender tops in 3 compartment sink. They were washed, rinsed and sanitized, however the sanitizing step was only a quick dip in the solution. Corrective Action(s): As per the manufacturer's instructions for Quats which are posted above the sink. Items must be submerged in the sink for at least 1 min. Then removed and allowed to air dry. Please ensure all staff are aware of the requirement. Violation Score: 5
