Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonia compound sanitizer bottle not available in food prep area.
Corrective action: Sanitizer was prepared during inspection and measured at 200ppm QUATS. Sanitizer must always be available to use in the food prep area, and should be changed every 2 hr.

General Comments
-Sign posted at 2-compartment sink to properly wash and sanitize equipment by soaking completely in sanitizer for at least 2 minutes.
-Large equipment are cleaned and sanitized. Make sure to clean and sanitize all equipment after each use.

-Sign posted in washroom informing staff not to store open packages of take out boxes in the washroom. No open packs of take out boxes in washroom at time of inspection.

-Area under dry storage rack is clean and floor accumulation is removed.

-Handwashing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towel.
