Comments

- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand wash sink at the front area was fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and cold/hot running water.
- Walk in cooler and condiment cooler (top and bottom) temperature measured < or = 4C.
- Upright freezer -20.5C.
- Food containers in the walk in cooler properly covered with labels and Dates.
- 3-compartment sink was available for dish washing. Staff knew how to make sanitizer with proper concentration on the 3rd sink.Staff knew to clean and sanitize the tongs every 2 hours.
- 3 spray bottles for sanitizer at different food processing stations measured 200ppm- Excellent!
- Dry Goods stored 6 inches off floor and protected from potential contamination. Dry storage area well organized.
- Randomly selected foods were within their Best Before Date.
- Chemical stored away from food.
- No pest activity observed during the inspection. Back door was tightly closed.
- Staff Washroom was in a sanitary condition.
- Staff on duty has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent certificate.

Note: Staff was on her break during the inspection. Please ensure to wash hands before returning to work.
