Observation: - "Beverage-Air" cooler beside grill in front service area is at 14 degrees C. All foods removed from the cooler & placed back in the walk-in cooler. Get the cooler repaired. Do not use until it can maintain a temperature of 4 degrees C or below.

- all other coolers < 4 degrees C.
- Freezers are < -18 degrees C
- soups were at 74 degrees C & 66 degrees C.
- dishwasher rinse was 79 degrees C at plate level
- 200 ppm Quats used for sanitizing.
- hand sinks are fully equipped
