Routine inspection. note: no menu changes Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Walkin cooler at 3c. Freezer at -21c. Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottle at 100ppm concentration. Dishwasher reached 71.8c at dish level for rinse cycle. All foods are located off the floor. Operator has valid foodsafe certification. No pest issues noted during time of inspection. Overall facility is in sanitary condition. The following requires operators attention: 1. Remove any old items that are no longer required for operation from the kitchen area. 2. Ensure to renew foodsafe when expires in Dec 2019.
