A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -18C or colder; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer was 200ppm; and bleach sanitizer ajd [Cl2] of 200ppm.
- General sanitation level is good.
- No signs of pests.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered; date coded; different meats (veal, chicken, beef, etc.) stored separately from other meats; and all foods stored 6" off the floor.
- No expired foods in use or for sale.
**Found repackaged dried foods and frozen foods (being manufactured on-site) without labels. All foods MUST have a label on it with the following information:
- Name of store
- Address of store
- Name of food item (pumpkin seeds, raisin, peanuts, etc)
- Weight
- Best before date or packaged on date. |
