Follow up inspection: Cleaning has improved. Prep coolers and dry food storage areas have been cleaned. All food is in pest-proof bins. Paper towels are provided at staff washroom and at bar for hand washing. Dishwasher has a 50ppm final sanitizing rinse. Check daily.
