Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back door of the facility was found open at the time of inspection that could be a potential entry point for rodents. Operator closed the door at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Keep the back door closed at all times. Screen door can be installed to facilitate air circulation.

Routine inspection conducted.

- Facility primarily sells ice cream.
- Temperature of coolers noted at 4C or less.
- Temperature of freezers noted at -18C or less.
- Handwash stations had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 3 compartment sink used for manual dishwashing. Built in drain plugs available and chlorine is used as sanitizer.
- 200ppm bleach solution sanitizer pails present in food prep areas.
- Ice scoops were stored in running water.
- Vermicelli noodles used for falooda are stored in small proportions at room temperature and used within 2 hours.
Please keep time tracking records.

- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.
- Pest Control Company conducts routine inspection.

Note - Facility has undergone minor renovations. Updated floor plans to be submitted to district EHO by September 20, 2022.
