Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Main kitchen hand washing sink had no soap available from dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Soap supplied at time of inspection. Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels to facilitate proper hand washing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop observed to be stored inside ice bin with handle in contact with ice.
Corrective Action(s): Ice scoop removed to be washed and sanitized at time of inspection. Ensure ice scoop is stored in a manner that protects ice from potential contamination. A designated scoop storage bin is available next to the ice bin.

Observation: Several small flies observed in bar area near beverage dispensing gun and holder / drainage tube.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure effective measures are taken to limit pest populations as flies may potentially contaminate food / food contact surfaces. Ensure all surfaces and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized routinely. Contact pest control operator if fly problem persists. Date to be corrected by: February 17, 2020.
