Routine Inspection Conducted Observations: - Walk-in cooler at 3'C - Display coolers at or below 4'C - All freezers at or below -19'C - No food preparation or hot-holding on site - General sanitation is good during inspection - Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel - Slushee machine is cleaned daily as stated by staff - All food items observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor - Chemicals are stored away from food - Mop sink area maintained in good sanitary condition.
