The egg station cooler is serviced and displayed 4C or below. The upper compartment of egg station cooler (where inserts are) is still concerning due to stoves around the cooler. As discussed, please only have small quantity of foods in the inserts, and do not keep them for more than 2 hours. The operator is to time track ingredients in the egg station cooler inserts. Thermometers are replaced. Additional back up thermometers are ordered as well. No other concerns noted at the time of inspection.
