- All coolers (prep) and storage coolers at back are less than 4C
- Chest freezer is less than -18C
- Sanitizer solution bucket at the back measured at 100ppm chlorine concentration
- Food Storage practices are satisfactory
- Ventless deep fryer is maintained in sanitary condition, no grease residue observed.
- Foodsafe is verified at the time of inspection
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- The facility is open for take out and delivery only and dine in is open.
