Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The following foods were stored at above 4C for more than 2 hrs.
-Tuna: 9.0C
Cooked eggs (hard-boiled): 13.0C.
-Cut lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, and avocado: 10.0C.
-Soup found in cooler *upright fridge): 24.4C.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded above foods during inspeciton. Ensure foods are stored at below 4C to prevent pathogen growth.

Observation: The under counter cooler next to dishwashing area was measured at 8.1C. some foods inside were prevously frozen and were put in to thaw.
Corrective Action(s): Operator moved all foods out of the cooler and stored them in other working coolers. It cannot be used for storage of potentially hazardous food until repaired.

Observation: Small chest cooler next to upright fridge did not have a working thermometer. It was reading -10C when fridge was -1C.
Corrective Action(s): Replace thermometer to ensure fridge temperature can be accurately measured.

-All freezers were at -18C or lower.
-Milk cooler: 4C.
-Upright fridge cooler: 2.7C. Freezer: -18C.
-Hot holding units at 71C.
-Sanitizer solution (Bleach) at 200ppm.
-High temperature dishwasher at 73.6C at final rinse plate level.
-General sanitation is satisfactory.
-No signs of pests observed. Glue traps were set out.
-Handwash station was supplied with hot& cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single-use paper towels.
-2-compartment sink available.
-Permit is posted conspicuously.
-Foodsafe was available and valid.
