2. Fried product (pani puri) observed to be store directly in cardboard box. One of the cardboard boxes are stored directly on the floor in dry storage area.
3. Pakora batter observed to be half-cooked and stored in prep table.
**Corrected during inspection** batter discarded; use smaller batches of pakora.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Defrost clean and sanitize chest freezer.

1/2 tsp unscented bleach / 1L water. Mix a fresh batch daily.

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

General:
No pest activity at time of inspection.
