Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The hand sink in the back prep area had soap but no paper towels present.
Corrective Action(s): Disposable paper towels are required so that employees may adequately wash their hands as needed. The manager stocked up the sink with paper towels during the inspection.
