Comments

General
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sinks
-All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder.
-All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder.
-Wiping cloths were being stored in sanitizer with a 200 PPM quat residual.
-Dishwasher final rinse reached 71 degrees C. at the plate surface during the final rinse.
-Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
-Temperature logs are being maintained.

**Ensure to put some sticky traps to monitor for rodent activity (under equipment, sink and shelving)
