Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station by the dough maker was covered with a bus pan lid. This handwash station is constantly being obstructed.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash stations must be accessible to allow staff to wash their hands properly. Repeat violations related to handwash stations not being accessible for staff use will result in the issuance of a Violation Ticket.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to October 10, 2023.
-Did not observe staff practicing improper hand hygiene at the time of inspection.
Pizza in the hot holding unit was greater than 60C at the time of inspection and staff were constantly making fresh pizza - high turnover. Facility is granted approval to use time tracking as a food safety measure. If facility does not time track pizza and it is not at/or above 60C, facility will lose the ability to use time as a food safety measure.
-Chemical spray bottles were properly labelled at time of inspection. Ensure sanitizer bottles are checked regularly and relabelled as needed.
-Scoops were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe broken styrofoam cup being used as scoops at the time of inspection.
