Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize this cake server. Do not leave dirty equipment uncleaned as it can attract pests such as rodents and insects.

Observation: Fly activity noted at the bar area closest to the glass door entrance.
Corrective Action(s): Pest control services are provided by Citron (not Orkin) on a weekly basis. Ensure cleaning and maintenance is performed regularly in areas noted for fly activity. Minimize moisture and food debris as these are factors that will increase fly activity.

- Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers (stand-up, display) at < or = 4C
- Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure they are capable of maintaining food at 60C or greater.
- Two glass washers are available. 25 ppm iodine detected.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in spray bottles
- Drink dispenser gun and holder are maintained
- Premise is well lit
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
