Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In walk in freezer, an uncovered bucket with frozen cut ocra was found potentially contaminated with ice fallen from ceiling of freezer. Staff voluntarily discarded the frozen ocra at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Properly cover food prior to storing it in freezers.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Following cold potentially hazardous food stored in 2x prep coolers overnight were noted above 4C:
- Cheese cubes in water at 11.9C
- Chopped garlic at 11.7C
- Cooked vegetarian balls at 14.3C
- Milk cake at 11.7C
- Chum chum at 14.7C
- Tomato paste at 14.9C
Abovementioned food was discarded at the time of inspection. Staff voluntarily discarded small bowl of rice and small bucket of tomato paste.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all cold potentially hazardous food is stored at least 4C or lower.

Observation: Flies were observed in the small storage area near walk in freezer.
Corrective Action(s): - Contact your pest control company and discuss the issue to implement control measures.

Observation: Vents above the deep frying area had thick grease build up that could drip down and can potentially cause food contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the vents regularly to prevent dirt/grease build up.

Observation: 2x prep coolers were not functioning properly and recorded at an ambient temperature of 14.4C and 9.9C.
Corrective Action(s): Service both cooler. DO NOT STORE any cold potentially hazardous food in the coolers until temperature of 4C or less can be maintained.

Routine inspection conducted:

Findings:
- Temperature of walk in cooler noted at 4C
- Walk in freezer at -12C
- Stand up cooler at 4.2C
- Freezers (x2) in front area below -18C
- Front display cooler at 2.2C
- Temperature logs were maintained.
- Internal temperature of saag stored in large bucket noted at 4C. Staff stated that the hot food is properly cooled down prior to storing it in cooler.
- Handwash station had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher used for dishwashing. 50ppm chlorine residual recorded.
- 200ppm bleach sanitizer buckets present throughout the facility.
Soak wiping clothes in bleach sanitizer buckets when not in use.
- Food was properly covered and stored in coolers.
- Operating Permit posted at the front area.
- Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1.
