Note:
It was written as a recommendation last routine inspection regarding placing deep fryers on wheels to help with cleaning. Since violation is coded on cleaning under deep fryers, and no floor drain is in the area for pressure-washing type of cleaning, facility must place wheels on all deep fryers to facilitate proper cleaning. This must be corrected within one month.
