Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Prep cooler, undercounter cooler measured at 4C or lower. Domestic cooler/freezer combo measured at 4C and -18C respectively. Stand-up freezers and chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is well organized and sanitation satisfactory.
