Routine inspection with the presence of the manager. - General sanitation - GREAT! - Ice freezer outside locked and keep in a good condition. No concern of contamination. - 2 Ice cream freezers < -20C - Drink coolers, walk in cooler, sandwich cooler < 3C - Excellent! - Coffee machine, slurpee machine in a sanitary condition. Staff clean them daily and the company cleaning team will clean the interior monthly. - Surface cleaning and sanitation followed the instruction of the company. - 2 compartment sink accessible to clean and sanitize equipment. - No walk in freezer or upright freezer in teh back room. - No pest activity observed during inspection. - Chemical stored away from food. Note: please thoroughly clean and sanitize the ice machine in the back room prior to use it during this summer. Please contact health inspector if you have any concerns. Thanks.
