Follow up Inspection - prep cooler near the dipper well ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius - drip pan for the other prep cooler are on order - Quats sanitizer dispenser was adjusted however the sanitizer concentration was too high and manger contacted the technician and sanitizer is prepared manually. - food walk on cooler and beer cooler require cleaning Note: Contact Fraser Health for reinspection after the violations are corrected.
