Observation: Droppings still present in the restaurant including boxes being chewed.
Corrective Action(s): All food and take out containers must be stored in plastic containers. Do not keep them in carboard boxes and simply rip open the top as they are not not pest proof.
-Have pest control come in more regularly (weekly until problem is resolved), submit pest control reports to EHO by email
-Ensure staff are thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces each morning before food preparation is started. By Feb 29/24

-the shelf storing all can goods including the cans themselves
-floor including between cutting table and cooler, under prep cooler and around pizza oven

Observation: No staff member on site with valid FOODSAFE.
Corrective Action(s): ONE PERSON AT ALL TIMES MUST HAVE VALID FOODSAFE, correction order has been written and staff must have FOODSAFE by Feb 29/24 or ticket will be issued. This has been an issue for almost 2 years.
