Comments

*Garlic butter is now stored in the cooler when not in use.
*Ice scoop stored in clean container on ice machine during inspection. Ensure container is washed frequently.
*No knives were observed to be wedged between coolers and countertops during inspection.
*Note: it is still highly recommended that a new knife strip/knife block be installed in the area by the right side of the prep line - this will allow easy knife access for staff, and discourage the practice of storing them between equipment.
*Potato chipping press was left in clean condition after use.
*No styrofoam cups observed in bulk food containers checked during inspection.
*Cold water tap flow has been improved at both small sinks at the end of the cook line.
