Observation: Dishes soaking in sanitizer in third compartment of sink were being sprayed with water from thawing calamari.
Corrective Action(s): Drain sanitizer, rewash equipment and sanitize again. Do not thaw calamari in sink while dishes are being sanitized to prevent contamination of sanitizer water.
