Comments

All three handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. Rinse sink in the front area was operational. 3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and equipped with drain plugs. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a labelled spray bottle. Upright cooler and prep. cooler were at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer temperature was satisfactory. Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers. Pearls are served within 1-2 hours after cooking them according to staff. Ice machine was in a clean condition. Dry food was stored in clean covered containers. Food storage areas were in a clean condition at the time of inspection. Chemicals were being stored properly in the back storage room with the mop sink. No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection. Staff member with a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate was on shift in the absence of the Operator.
